Testimonials

  • “David is a valued member of our caregiving team who joined in June 2019 to offer in-home personal care services to our elderly client, Jean. Jean is one of David's biggest fans, she simply said “I would give him an A+. David is a wonderful young man”. David displays all the qualities one seeks when entrusting someone with the care of a vulnerable person. He is always pleasant, kind, considerate and respectful. David communicates well, maintaining clear, detailed documentation when journaling the day-to-day activities of our client, noting anything that others should be aware of to assist in Jean’s care. David is very observant and offers helpful suggestions when he sees ways to improve or augment Jean’s care. He is always willing to help. He has endeared himself to our client by going over and beyond expectations. While Jean has short-term memory loss, she has not forgotten and still talks about how David took her out one summer evening for a short car ride in his open convertible, an experience she has not had since her younger years. It is with pleasure, confidence, and trust that I would highly recommend David Blankenborg as a caregiver.”

  • “I worked with David in my capacity as a nurse educator and found him to be exemplary in his sensitivity to the needs of others, and his desire to be of service. His empathy and integrity are cornerstone’s for the care he provides. I would trust, and in fact choose him to take care of my elderly parents.”

  • “David visited my mother when she was in the hospital and I was not able to be there. It wasn't long before she was looking forward to his visits. He quickly found subjects that interested her for conversation. His visits became a bright spot in her day. I will use David again without hesitation. I recommend him highly.”
